Rooted in Windsor-Essex, Nicole has spent years working directly with local business owners, municipal stakeholders, and financial institutions across the region. Her experience as a municipal and provincial liaison means she understands the regulatory landscape that surrounds complex developments — giving clients a meaningful advantage when financing projects that require more than just a lender’s approval.
