We decided to refinance in order to get our credit under control. The banks were of no help whatsoever. Reminds me of the Robert Frost quote, "A bank is place where they lend you an umbrella in fair weather and ask for it back when it begins to rain". We were so unhappy with the banks. He went above and beyond to ensure what we needed was taken care of. He went to bat for us to ensure our needs were met. If we encountered any problems he worked hard to take care of any unforeseen issues. Emmett was available almost immediately if I texted, emailed or called; he even returned a few of my messages on the weekend. If that is not amazing customer service I do not know what is.
